Payment Methods

Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store any credit card details.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Currency is automatically assigned based on your location, but you can switch currencies manually using our currency switcher if you prefer.
The currency displayed at checkout will be used for your payment, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate where applicable.

We currently ship worldwide.

⚠️ Important Notice for U.S. Customers ⚠️
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, the Mexican Postal Service is currently unavailable for shipments to the United States.
All U.S. orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives.
Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your contact information

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:
– Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
– We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked the order as delivered.
– Tracking information may take several days to update, especially for international shipments. This does not always indicate a shipping delay.

Import Taxes, Customs Duties & Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees charged in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Buyers are responsible for paying these costs.

Other Information

Items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Since we also sell our products on multiple platforms, there is a very rare chance that an item may become unavailable if it sells out elsewhere at the same time.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
