Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange;
  • Contact me within: 30 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to Mexico.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Damages

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival.  If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately.  Please include your purchase order # and contact information.

Shipping Locations and Addresses

All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out.  Please double-check the accuracy of your address. 

International Shipping

We only ship to US and Canada.  For worldwide shipping, please contact us.

Expected Timeframes

We ships all merchandise within 1-2 business days.  

International shipping could take 1-2 months (occasionally 3 months) from Mexico due to COVID-19.  Once the order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. 

Shipping Method

We ship via Mexican Postal Service with a tracking number.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and you will need to schedule a redelivery or pick up your package at the post office.  If it is unclaimed, your package will be returned to us.  Please refer to the Postal Service of your country for how long your package is held at the post office.

Other Fees

For international shipping,  it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed the destination country.  You are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock.  You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case.
