A. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Delivery times vary by region and carrier.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q. What international taxes, duties, or fees do I need to pay?

A. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees charged in the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and payment is your responsibility.
We cannot predict which fees, if any, will apply, as they are determined locally.

Q. My tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Should I be worried?

A. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to customs clearance or local postal service processing.
This is common for international shipments. Please allow a few extra business days before contacting us.

Q. My order shows as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.

A. Once your order is marked as delivered  by  the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please check with the carrier for further assistance.

Payments & Currency

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept secure payments via Stripe using major credit cards.
Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store any credit card details.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. The currency displayed at checkout will be used for your payment.
Currency is automatically assigned based on your location, but you can switch currencies manually if you prefer.
Please note that your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate.

Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

A. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Q. Are digital downloads refundable?

A. No. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for digital downloads.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A. Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped yet.
Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q. What happens if my order cannot be delivered and is returned to you?

A. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it from the postal service, we can reship it at your expense.
Alternatively, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
