Tips:

  • Before departure from Mexico, check status on Correos de México.
  • After arrival in the destination country, tracking updates move to the local postal service (may take a few days).
  • For cross-checks or when local tracking isn’t found yet, try 17TRACK.

For express shipments, you can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked the order as delivered.
  • Tracking information may take several days to update, especially for international shipments. This does not necessarily indicate a shipping delay.
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees charged in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for paying these costs.
