Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to Mexico.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

We only ship to US and Canada for now.  For worldwide shipping, please contact us.  

We ship via Mexican Postal Service with a tracking number.

We ships all orders within the 2 business days.  

Shipping could take 2-4weeks from Mexico to US and Canada. Once the order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. 

Before your order ships, you may change or cancel your order. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number.  You can view and track orders at the Mexican Postal Service website.

After arriving in your country, you should be able to track your package with your country’s postal service website. 

We offer products for sale on this site using Stripe Payments. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with Stripe to securely process payment.  As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. 

It may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed the destination country.  You are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. 

We can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your package. 

However, we do recognize that in rare cases, packages get lost in mail.  In such a case, we compensate you with a new shipment or a refund.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately.  Please include your purchase order # and contact information. 

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and you will need to schedule a redelivery or pick up your package at the post office.  If it is unclaimed, your package will be returned to us.  Please refer to the Postal Service of your country for how long your package is held at the post office.
